MYA has had some great panels recently – Sarah led a series on transgender issues, which was a big hit with our youth. They especially enjoyed the panel of trans folks of various ages who shared their personal journeys. Thanks to all who participated!!
Doctors Robb and Bob joined our youth for a discussion on “drugs, sex, and rock ‘n roll”.They answered lots of questions for the youth, questions that don’t get answered in schools, where frequently glbtq issues are missing. Also parents of Wayne, the docs shared their experiences on adoption, parenting and more.Our youth had lots of great questions and can’t wait for the docs to return!
